Hours of food pantry: Monday-Friday from 8am to 2pm.
Right now in Indiana, 1 out of every 6 Hoosiers is struggling with hunger. Here at the Richland Township Food Pantry, we seek to provide nutritious (and tasty!) food to families in our community facing economic hardship. Through partnerships with Agency 10 on Aging and the Hoosier Hills Food Bank, we offer Richland residents a wide range of grocery items to choose from.
By giving clients more control over their food options, we see a decrease in wasted food as well as an increase in client satisfaction. All residents of the township are welcome to use the pantry; please wait 30 days between visits, due to the large volume of clients. Also try to bring plastic or reusable bags for food.
If you have any questions, please contact Carman at rttfrontdesk@bluemarble.net.

Please bring a valid photo ID and additional proof of residency from the last 30 days (for example, a water bill or piece of junk mail with your name and address) with you EVERY TIME you visit the pantry in order to receive assistance.
